At this meeting we heard from Massachusetts Congressman Jim McGovern and leaders and organizers of the Arizona Democratic Party. AZ Dems are at the forefront of safeguarding American democracy. Arizona will play a critical role in securing reelection for the Biden-Harris Administration, keeping our Democratic majority in the Senate, and flipping the House of Representatives.

The 2022 midterms solidified Arizona as a battleground state, bringing in a Democratic sweep of statewide offices, including Sen. Mark Kelly and Gov. Katie Hobbs. Democrats in Arizona are working tirelessly to ensure that they solidify this success and build a better, bluer Arizona.

By focusing on building and strengthening the Arizona Democratic Party's multiracial coalition, including Latino, Indigenous, and Black Arizonans, and expanding the “big tent” of the Democratic Party, Arizona will continue to elect leaders that share our values.
The race for Senate is now a two-way race between Democratic Congressman Ruben Gallego and the Republican Kari Lake – a former TV news anchor and election denier who nearly won the Governor's race in the state in '22. There are three Democratic House seats to defend and six Republican House seats to flip including those held by Maga Republicans Andy Biggs and Paul Gozar.
